How do I register and login?
- Select: Physician Event Request from the left sidebar menu
- Select: the Request Points button
- Before applying for points please read the documents "Accreditation Request Information" and "Payment Information". You may access these documents by clicking on the links or by downloading them from the Documents menu on Cancuracao.com
- Complete the Event Request form and select Save to submit
